Really poor and bad customer service

I purchased a "brand new" GPR250R in cash from the bigboy dealer in Witbank on Tuesday the 22nd, the cycle was delivered to me as I reside in Middelburg, I drove the bike for about 7 kms o so, the bike died as I was driving on the road, I called the dealer and spoke to Annelize she advised me that they were closed and couldnt assist me, she told me I had to call roadside assist, I called them and the lady I spoke to said she couldnt pick up the warranty number on her system as this was a new bike and I was out of airtime, I had to hire a bakkie to move the bike home as I was on the road, I bought airtime and called them back and they arranged that it get picked up, the driver came and took it back to the dealer, I had to call the dealer and find out the status on my bike and I was told that it had burnt the starter switch, i couldnt understand how because the bike died as I was driving, the owner/manager "Jay" told me i was neglegient and i had burnt the switch and that I had to wait a few days for it to be fixed as they had to order the part from head office, the bike was sent back to me on Friday the 25th, I drove the bike again and it died once again, I called the dealer and the
