Poor service delivery

I took my bike in beginning Jan 2013 to put up bobbins. I asked the guy when they do that to please have a look at my bike because when you drive it, it sounds like a miss fire & it smell of petrol. I do not know how to say it. The guy said that it is fine & will contact me & let me know what is wrong & how much it will cost so I can pay. I took it in 08:00 and 10:00 a lady contacted me and said I can collect my bike. I asked her what was wrong with it and she said they wrote it needs a service. The next day and R3400 later I took my bike home & discovered that my tank was scratched & the problem was not fixed. I mailed them that same day & Gerhard contacted me the next day & said that I must bring my bike & they will fix the problem & my tank. I took my bike in Monday (21 Jan). 16:30 they contacted me & said that I can collect my bike. I drove home & the problem is still not fixed. I mailed them that same night & still waiting for a reply or phone call. Everytime I must put in leave at work & my wife must drive with the car so I can get back home. I paid for it to be fixed in the 1st place & is still not fixed. What did I pay for & what is Honda going to do about it?
