Handover for vehicle not registered to me

I received a handover email for a vehicle that is not registered in my name. I have logged on to the VPC website and found that, according to the supplied photos, the vehicle that went through the gantry point is a large truck with only the first three letters of the license plate the same as my four-door sedan. I have contacted the VPC and followed their advice to send a representation form to [Email Removed] but have received no response to date.
