Threatening email

Received an email from "Violations Processing Centre" with the subject "Handover" from Sanral on the 15th of January 2014.

Contents of the email in a nutshell:
"Our records indicate that you have made use of the Gauteng e-roads and have outstanding e-toll transactions older than 7 days in the amount of R 613.38, reference number ."

Up to 28 January 2014 I have not received ANY physical statements, and no photographic proof that it was my vehicle under those gantries.

Without physical statements and photos of my car, I am unwilling to pay Sanral any money. More so in this age of email where you can't trust an email from your bank.
