SABC TV Licence Billing a Dead Person

With regards to a TV license renewal (101804441) for a deceased person (Ms C Adams):
Received a sms from KRB Inc (Law Firm) in the beginning of Sep, 2013 with regards to a payment to be made for an amount of R126.00 for a TV license renewal. I contacted the law firm and spoke with Gugu Mokoena who advised that the account should be settled before further interest will be charged. I paid the account and forwarded proof of payment, a copy of my late mother's death certificate and a copy of an affidavit per email on 26 Sep, 2013 to the law firm [Email Removed] requesting the matter to be resolved. However, the text messages from SABC TV licenses continued, requesting payments. I contacted SABC TV License department and I was told to forward the same metioned email to them on 28 Nov, [Email Removed] for processing and closure of the account. The email was read but no confirmation or feedback has been received to date. It is very frustrating to receive reminders for payments on a settled acc for a deceased person. I have received another text message addressed to the deceased person to pay the acc to avoid further levies and penalties. This needs to be resolved!
