Sanral doesn't fool around! If you use the toll road you get an SMS informing you that you have overdue e-toll fees to the amount of R124.77 and you have been handed over to the VPC (Violation Process Centre) to collect the outstanding amount. Has SMS's replaced TAX invoices in the new SA? There are no details of when, where and which vehicle caused this "so-called violation" just a reference number. You are advised to call 0800726725 but they cannot assist you and the reference number means nothing to them. You have to talk to the VPC people and that is where your problem gets worst. You go into a loop with the options to choose to get to VPC but you never get through to them in 1 hour and 20 minutes. At least Telkom will be happy?
