Gravily dissappointed

I bought a watch from sterns in pinetown. The reason why I bought the watch was I really fancied it. Not long after that the watch back came off I didn't think nothing of it and took it for repairs as it was on a 3 year warranty and after 8weeks my wacth was back little did I know it was not for long after the first encounter it ws going to became a regular visit to the factory shop. My wacth in the year I have bought it has gone in for repairs mor than four times with the wait of 7-8 weeks. It is obvious I was sold reject good and am very dissappionted with sters for not ensuring that the goods the customers are sold are not 100% i am still waitin for my wacth as of today
