STILL no invoice?

I had the misfortune of using my roads i already paid for over and over again but now have to pay again.

I have been eagerly waiting for my invoice from you, but still have not received it.

Have you forgotten to send it? or are you still trying to the paper? CTRL P prints, a Guide for dummies book.

Unless i receive this "invoice" for a service I have already paid for and continue to pay for via levies and additional taxes, I will not know how much money to throw at you in order for you to go away.

As such, please could one of you get back to me over a documented channel such as email or post and advise me when you will need to collect your mafia donations? And more importantly, how much more money you require from me in order to keep your boss happy.
