I received an SMS this morning stating that my account has been handed over. Firstly I have not received a bill from you guys. How can my account be handed over when I have not been notified on the amount due prior to today.
You guys must be with me. Get your in order and ensure I get a detailed response as to how you got to the amount due and where the is my invoices being sent.
