Unfair billing from SANRAL/VPC

I was a non-registerred etag user in December 2013. I do have the right not to register for an etag, and with that said, I waited for my account to be sent to me by the end of the month to be paid. Clearly that was not the case. I did not receive any post, no email, and no sms to notify me that in actual fact, I have to pay an account after 7 DAYS!!! Isn't it norm in our country to pay your bill after 30 days, after you received some form of evidence that there is an account outstanding??? I only received an sms in JANUARY 2014 to pay an absolutely rediculous outstanding amount after it has been handed over to VPC. Who the is VPC and how on earth can you hand someone over for not paying a bill if they have not even received a BILL!!! It's not even possible to view an account on the website if you are not a registerred etag user. What nonsence is that?

Now I have an unpaid account, no proof of the account and no information on how to obtain it, or pay it?

If I ever loved our country, I am certainly reconsidering. As a law abiding South African citizen, why is our complaints and concerns not being heard?

Why do we have to struggle so much???
