No escalator/lift working DISABILITY DISREGARD

I have also spoken to several shop owners who find the service which they are receiving unacceptable.
I am unable to walk up or down stairs and was stranded up at Nedbank.

The Manager is away on holiday. When are south africans going to realise that the year starts on the 2nd of January!!! THIS COUNTRY IS GOING TO THE DOGS BECAUSE OF LAZY AND NON-RESPONSIBILE COMPANIES WHO TAKE OFF FROM MID DECEMBER TO MID JANUARY AS THOUGH THEY HAVE REALLY EARNED A MONTH'S HOLIDAY. ITS ENOUGH THAT FRIDAYS ARE A HALF DAY AND IF SOMEONE IS ON LEAVE THEN SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE APPOINTED TO TAKE THE PLACE OF THAT PERSON. IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO JUST SAY THE MANAGER IS AWAY. I AM FURIOUS.
