No cancellation of conrtact

About five years ago I was invited to a prize giving where they told me about hms tel 0878052352.They convinced me to join that I did reluctantly. They managed to get R2500 out of my credit card. I was given a disk
that was a program that did not work. The very next day I went back to cancel and was told I cannot cancel.
After several emails to no avail. For the last four years they have been deducting 370 every month off my account. I refused to pay them and they tried to give me a bad credit record with no success. The total amount was R6000 and till this day I still have a program that does not work. As far as I know any contract can be cancelled within 24 hours. Every month I return the debit order that costs me R24 per debit order. When they gotgot some collection agency to contact me and I told the the story I did not hear from them again.
