Debonairs Pizza
Bad Attitude

I called Debonairs at 19:00. I ordered a large something meaty pizza with the sausage crust. I aslo confirmed my address with Mark at the same time. At 19:40 the food had not arrived so I called and Mark advised due to bad weather the driver was delayed, which was understandable. At 19:56 I got a call from the driver to confirm my address, which I did. At 20.02 I got a call from Mark who wanted to confirm the address again, and they had my previous address, after me confirming the correct one. The food only arrived at 20.30 by which time my children were asleep and didn't even eat supper. When I checked the order it was incorrect because it was a something meaty without the sausage crust. I called Mark again and he gave me such an attitude. He was rude and unapologetic. He advised that I never told him about the sausage crust and my entire family heard me say it to him. This is unacceptable behavior from the staff at Debonairs and I want to know that some action has been taken against this staff member. I am most disappointed and shocked that this is the type of customer service we are receiving.
