Cinnabon
Product out of Stock and Hygiene issues

In the past two weeks I have been to this branch 4 times at around 7pm. On every single occasion they were out of stock on CinnaStix and for me the alternative would be Cinnabon in a cup which was ALSO out of stock. On one occasion I ordered a Mochalatta Chill and they had no cream! Come on people it's season time and you don't have enough product?!

I also have to note that the last time I bought another Mochalatta Chill the young man who helped me was scratching his face and I also caught him scratching his crotch! I politely took took it and disposed of it in the parking lot bin - was not in the mood for a scene.

It seems as if there is no leadership present with regards to stock planning and hygiene.
