Miserable unhelpful staff, late delivery

Staff in this branch are extremely unhelpful and just make you stand and wait for them to help you, while they sit behind their computers completely ignoring you, then when you actually ask for help they dont even smile or greet you. And if they tell you it will take a week for a sample you can change that to two weeks, and if they say it will take a month for invitations to be ready you can change that to two months, all the while no feed back is given, yet you still have to pay 50% deposit. It seems once they get that they are happy. I am so sorry i ever dealt with this company!!! No surprise they are a company that doesn't respond on hello peter either!
