Cinnabon Mochalatta Chill fail

Went to Kauai Sandton City for a smoothie but they had no backup generator so when the power went I was forced to make another decision.

I went across to CINNABON and bought what I thought was an iced coffee (MOCHALATTA CHILL). What I received was nothing more than low quality semi-flavoured cool milk for R24.85. I returned it saying I was not happy. It simply wasn't even adequate and I wasn't about to it down just 'cause I bought it.

What made it worse was, when I told this to the 3 staff at the counter, the response was: 'that is our iced coffee'. Nothing further. Not 'would you like to try something else' or 'how can we make it better? '

I left it on the counter and walked away. R24.85 is all you will ever get from me. And this .i..
