Very..very bad service

I am in the Patio blinds & awnings business, and was buying from Zipquip since 2009, and are convinced that I had spend over R20 000.00 since then. But recently you battle to firstly get stock... Carol will invoice me for a certain colour binding which she confirmed stock on..and the next moment Warren will call and said I must remove it from the invoice due to no stock. Secondly I always battled with the delivery. I paid an invoice/order already Monday (12/6/2013) around 11:00-13:00, as the order is urgent and I would be needing it on Wednesday (12/06/2013). They promised and assured me delivery on Tuesday (11/06/2013), which never happened..AGAIN. After my call to follow up, I was informed that the driver had a problem??? as usual. I asked for a refund and also told them that I won't buy from them anymore because of this. Warren, the owner (as he presented himself) said it would be a pleasure to remove me from their database because of my attitude. Well..I believe because of HIS attitude that company is not gonna survive much longer. Be causious before you place any orders their... very bad service and you won't be guaranteed of any delivery..or proffesional service.
