SA Post Office
Security officers NOT patrolling

On the 17th Dec 2013 - my bag was at the Central Post Office. As there are numerous CCTV cameras mounted in and around the Post Office, it would be expected that a review of footage could lead to some sort of resolution in this matter.

However, as per the Security Manager on duty indicated - they are NON-functional! How is it that the Central Post Office of Durban is soo terribly run. Not only the lacklustre security but the state of FILTH around the it is abysmal!

This is a public service utility - kindly get the aforementioned rectified at the earliest and take some pride in the work that should be done in delivery our national mail.
