Aircon under warranty - No communication or repai

In early November I reported to Craig from Swift Cooling that I was having trouble with my aircon which was under warranty. He came to the house and discovered it was an issue with the fan. No communication after a week. I sent him an SMS asking him for a status. He informed me he was having trouble finding a spare. On the 19 Nov he removed the fan of the aircon so he could source a new part. On the 3 Dec he found the part in Jhb. He got a quote for overnight shipping of R370 which I agreed to pay. On the 12 December he told me the part was being shipped to Cape Town that date. On Friday the 13th December he told me that he would try to get it repaired that date. Since then I have not heard from him. He is not responding to phone calls or SMS and I still have a broken aircon.
