Amajuba park Post boxes were demolished!

The Newcastle Post office decided to demolish the excising post boxes in Amajuba park without discussing it with the public. We have to pay our rent every year to have access to the post boxes but we have no say in any decisions made by the Post office. We were not even given a chance to retrieve existing post before it was turned to rubble. Account envelopes were torn open, bank statements lay everywhere for everyone to see. How professional is the Post office now? As it is the postal system is very unreliable, but now I have to spend more money to phone everywhere and ask what I owe and explain my post was vandalized when the post box was destroyed by Post office officials. This is really not on. If they can destroy the post boxes without consulting the public, what other damage can they do?
