SA Post Office
No care attitude by the post office employees

I have received confirmation from Pretoria that my mail have been dispatched to the Nelspruit Post Office for over two months, but everytime wen i get to the Post Office they tell me that there is no mail addressed to me.
No one wants to take responsibility and the no care attitude potrayed by the Post Office staff was realy dissapointing. The Post Office keeps on giving me a different person to assist me and like a headless chicken i keep on giving out my details to them with the hope that i will get assistance but all to no avail, but i remain hopeful that eventually my cry will be heard, because i can not paint every post office personnel with the same brush.hoping to hear from you soon.
