Unproffesional and Derogetory

I have never made a complaint about anyobne before, but I feel that people should be warned about this. I bought a voucher at this person's hair salon, on groupon for my mother as a birthday gift. However - she overbooked herself by selling 250 vouchers. Turns out she is the only hairdresser that works there - and now has 250 people to fit in within one or 2 months. Resulting in too many people on her waiting list which means that the vouchers will expire before they could get an appointment with her, and so people loose their money. This is like. I phoned to ask about this and she rudely raised her voice at me over the phone - said to get it into my head that she doesnt have appointments available. I find this unprofessional and derogratry, no one deserves to be treated so disrespectfully - and feel that people should be warned. As I tried to explain my situation she hung up the phone twice. This was for me an international phonecall as I live in Netherlands. This is unprofessional behavior from someone that offer a service to her clients. Ridiculous
