Ridiculous Pricing and Gift Vouchers

I purchased a curling wand from a sales person, who can bearly speak english. His service was bearable. Apparently the curling wand was on special from R2900 to R1900 and I purchased it. I was also given a voucher to use at the Princessa salon to do my hair and makeup whenever I wanted. A couple of days later I went pass the Kiosk and asked about the prices again, and it was R200 cheaper, I thought that was ridiculous, everyday they change the prices. And I tried to make an appointment to do my hair and makeup for a weekend function, and now they had the nerve to tell me they only do appointments from Mon-Thurs. Could that not have been mentioned upfront. I called the manager at the salon and he was clueless as ever, yet another peson who cannot talk English properly. The nerve of these people, ripping customers off with their ridiculous prices, and bribing them with vouchers.
