Efusal of refund after laid complaint

In 2012 I have baught a package of Isabella Garcia Skin Care products. During that time I have notified them that the products is causing extreme breakouts and I emailed a picture of the breakouts I had. This was during and within my cancellation period I have notified them. A consultant phoned me and suggested to use the products a few more weeks to see if the skin will addapt. - reported that I still get breakouts and rather want to send it back for refund. The lady I was spoken to from --sabella Garcia said I was already over my cancellation period when whe spoke again. They refused to give me a refund ALTHOUGH the complaint was laid WITHIN my TRIAL and cancellation period.. And I had to Pay for this products. I was very confused and very upset. I still didn't receive ANY Compensation or refund yet. I have laid a complaint WITHIN my cancellation period. Is this the way consumers lead you to go over your cancellation period so the won't have to refund you and blame the customer of not compiling within the period although I laid the first compaint within the requested cabcellation period.
