Dinner was so bad for a 5 star venue

We had dinner at the 5 star Lodge. Started off with my steak being just about cold. My brothers wife, and my wife's gnocchi was so dry and there was no Parmesan cheese in the house?!!? They had to add olive oil to the gnocchi as a 'sauce'. My brother had the Salmon but it was not salmon that came, but rather kingklip or something. When he told the waitress, she said, "I saw that"! The bar menu is by far much better than the actual restaurant. We wont ever go back to eat at the restaurant. I would maybe pay half of what I paid for the meal.
