How did you get voted the best...?

I booked a table at 2Thai4 on Corlett Drive, JHB after hearing that they were voted the best Thai restaurant in JHB. My husband and I ordered a sushi starter of 4 x prawn California rolls and 8 x salmon fashion sandwiches. After a 30min wait, the waiter brought us 4 x Tuna California rolls and 4 x smoked salmon fashion sandwiches... needless to say, we sent it back and after 20min (basically an hour after arriving at the restaurant!) received the correct order. For mains I ordered a thai green curry, the little I had, I must add was delicious. I didn't even notice the waiter collecting the more than half of my leftover main and when I realised that it had been taken I asked where my take away was and he called from the door that "it was gone"... Not only was the service really bad but the value for money was shocking considering I had to pay R80 for 2 spoonfuls of dinner. Not quite sure how they got voted the best... My one and only experience was terrible.
