Salmon with a side of rubber band

My boyfriend and I got engaged this week and to celebrate, our parents had taken us out for a celebratory dinner at Sevruga in the waterfront.

We were seated in a dark corner, table for 5 people, could barely see our menu. I ordered the seared salmon, and upon eating I chewed on something very strange. When I took it out my mouth, I was shocked to discover that it was a rubber band. The manager approached me and replaced the meal, and provided a table of drinks on the house. Although this was a nice gesture, the experience had left a sour taste in my mouth and my throat. Our evening was ruined and 2 of the 5 people felt sick throughout the night, with stomach cramps and vomitting.

For such an expensive restaurant, this is unacceptable quality. I am totally disappointed and will never go back. This complaint is to generate the awareness so that others don't have the same type of experience.
