Goodie bag

I am highly disappointed with the service received from the iThemba walkathon which was on the 27/10/2013, i have not received my goodie bag till to date and all i get is false promises from Avon stating that the goodie bag is on its way and will be delivered. I personally made an EFT payment on the 04/10/2013 and e-mailed the proof of payment to Janine on the 26/10/2013 whom promised that she will ensure that i get the goodie bag and I'm still waiting, i can not even recruit friends and family in future as i fear that we will be missing goodie bags, it such a wonderful initiative but very poor planning.from the following year onwards i will participate and not pay towards the donations. I'm very disappointed and refuse to receive any communication from Avon but want the bag delivered as promised!!!
