Took my my money &never delivered!!! poor service!!

I decided to make use of the above company's services, they specialize in registering new companies, i submitted all my documents to them on the 4th of December for an urgent registartion which was meant to take only 72 hours (i paid them R1 500 plus R100 for postage), gave them STHEMBINGCEBO as the name the company i wanted them to register, it took them more than a week to give me a

everytime i called them they each told me different stories, ..they would tell me to wait for 24 hours e.t.c, i waited the whole of last week, nothing happened,

yesterday after calling them as always, i got an email from Louise saying that STHEMBINGECEBO has been approved as the name for my company, ( mind you this name is different from the one i had submitted to them), when i told Louise that the name is incorrect and doesnt make sense, that there is no letter "E" behind "G", she was very diffensive and disdnt want to acknowledge their mistake of incorrectly spelling my proposed name, she told me there is nothing she can do about it, when i asked her if my certificate had been posted already, she told me "NO"

i'm very angry&dissapointed
