Payment and Promises, But No Deal

I ordered an item and was told that shipment would take place within 24 hours of payment. The item was shipped 5 days after they had acknowledged payment, and has still not been delivered. Enquiries to Leeandra Moodaley were fruitless, and met with far-fetched excuses.
