Bad/Poor service (No Service)

Reported faulty copier more than 25 times in 13 months. (more than 15 times in Jan 2013). Copier still faulty after it was removed for repairs and returned. (still faulty). Nobody return calls including Johan van Zyl (Manager/owner). Paying for a service that we don't get. It seems that there are always customers who needs more assistance than we. I would just like to know what are we. I requested via email that our contract with them must be terminated with immediate effect although our contract is still until 2015 due to breach of contract on their side. We had to pay for photo copies at Post net due to the fact that our copier is not in working order. The loan machine that they supplied us with does not meet our demands.
