We got married in Cape Town on 1 April 2013 by Dion Russel Black, an ordained minister and registered marriage facilitator in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. He was suppose to register our marriage with the Department of Home Affairs within in 10 days. Three months after the wedding, it has still not been registered with Home Affairs. Dion Black didn't even submit the relevant documents for our marriage to be registered. Marriages done by him between 6 April and end June, was only submitted a week ago...
Despite numerous emails and telephone calls, we didn't get any feedback from Dion Russel Black from [URL Removed]
We decided to to go look for him at his dwelling just to find it vacant!!!

I believe that Dion Russel Black is a cheat and I would advise other couples NOT to make use of his services!!!
