I got a dermal anchor at this shop in December 2012 and it has still not healed since then. Its still sensitive and i can see its infected. I'm still cleaning the piercing with salt water and sometimes with detol or surgical spirits but nothing seems to help. I phoned Unique piercings this morning to ask for advice on this matter. The lady told me that its my body rejecting the piercing, which i find ridiculous because i have the same piercing which was done by someone else and I have never had a problem with it. I also have done many piercing in the past and have never had this problem. The lady told me that it should be removed and I must pay her R100 to remove the dermal anchor. I think they should not charge me for this. Ive always taken care of my piercings and NEVER had this problem. I think they are unprofessional and some of the staff do not know how to deal with there clients, especially the clients complaints.
