Ordered some batteries over a month ago because they're not easily available. I was willing to pay the extra that WantItAll charges because I need the batteries. WantItAll's customer service goes as far as handing it over to a courier company. After that - it's not their problem.

It's now been a month and the parcel hasn't arrived.

So 5 phone calls later to Fastway (or Slow-way as I am lovingly terming them) courier company and I am assured the delivery guy has tried many times to drop off the parcel leaving 'calling cards'. As it turns out the delivery guy didn't actually know how to get to my house.

. Poor service delivery. Extra cost. Added delay.

WantItAll - all we WANT is some service delivery - and maybe our orders as well.
