SHAMEFUL SERVICE!

Over the December period a parcel sent to a friend in Mexico was. The parcel tracking is: RJ011127824ZA. When tracked on the SA system it says it was last recorded at the International Mail Centre HOWEVER this item never got to Mexico. I have spoken to Mexican authorities extensively who said this parcel NEVER entered their country. This is unacceptable service, parcels are extremely expensive to send - I want to know where this parcel has gone??
