1. I placed 2 orders with WantItAll on 18 February. The 1st order (121676) was R 1 989.20, but R 2 173.00 was debited to my credit card and the goods returned damaged on delivery. On the 2nd order (1216722), which was cancelled by them the next day, for which a refund is still outstanding, an amount of R 2 109.10 was debited to my credit card, although the order invoice amount was lower. I can't understand how this is possible or justifiable.
On following up on the refund more than a month later, I was met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude.

2. Effectively, I am out of pocket to the tune of R 4 282, 10, with nothing to show for it (other than a disappointed daughter), as everything in the first order (1216716) was returned in the package and the second order cancelled.

3. The service (or lack thereof) I have experienced from WantItAll, has been nothing but a shame ever since I started trading with the organisation. I have never received everything that I have ever ordered from WantItAll.
