I AM fed up talking to their Call centre - 1st: the Call centre sounds like they're answering it from a local bar
2nd: no one can help me - I changed to MTN due to BIS uncapped but I have phoned the call centre 3 times and everytime i get a different answer - I don't mind them throttling the service but having an internet connection of 1KB/S is ridiculous - and no one can even help me to make it work - I don't accept their Excuses telling me about some server being off - telling me it affects some phones - ITS Bull if a server is Off it will affect more than one Phone or even a few -

Please advise or else I will change Networks and get me friends to spread the word about your bad service "ever Heard of a grapevine? " I am fed up with networks Screwing ppl over for the Fun of it
