Seally guarantee!!!

For only being married for less than 2 years my bed started making noises and I logged a complaint. Someone was sent out from Bravo Group Sleep products came to assess my bed and take pictures. Their response was that I could get a new bed but I need to pay R1200??? Because my 1 year guarantee just expired! So the value of my bed is just guranteed for 1 year? Sealy is surpose to be this well trusted brand that lasts for so many years? What has happened with the manufacturing of these beds? So whoever is assigned to resolve my complaint consider this, either you fix my current bed or replace my bed with a new one but I'm not willing to spend money at all! I will also ensure that all social networks hear about the service I've received and if I don't receive feedback the Ombudsman will be informed too! I'm disgusted because it always seems like the client must suffer after the supplier messed up!
