I logged a complaint with Furniture City with regard to the Seally bed that I had purchased three years ago. They forwarded the complaint to the supplier Bravo Group Sleep Products (BGSP). A representative from BGSP visited my home and inspected the bed, took pictures and noted the complaints. Monica Govender (BGSP) called me a few days later to inform me that they will replace the bed, but there were certain warranty fees and recovery fees that had to be paid first. I asked her what was the replacement bed? She said a Seally Cedar Firm. I went to the store and viewed the bed and spoke to the assistant manager (Fatima) at Furniture City. The Cedar Firm was of an inferior quality than the one I currently have and I refused to except that bed. I suggested that they give me the bed of my choice and I would pay in the difference. The assistant manager was going to send Monica an e-mail detailing our discussion and requesting the senior managers approval. To date I have not received an e-mail or any response from the senior manager or assistant manager. I logged a complaint with customer services and they gave me a reference no., but no response from them either.
