Paid in full and left to wait

I Have paid for a package for my mother and I in September of last year and my mother is being treated for hyper pigmentation and we went to Placecol Sea point and we attended one session together and thereafter my mom took over the rest of the treatments that were left. It is the start of the new year and it seems that my mother has not been contact for the remaining treatments that are left on the package and considering that I had paid upfront I am utterly disgusted. Not only have we been told that the schedule is full but no attempt has been made to accommodate a fully paid client. This is not the way to retain clients who are willing to pay when the service cannot be delivered due to bad time management. I feel it is unfair and a treatment that was suppose to be done weekly or every second to see results has been left linger for several weeks. Now my mother has to restart treatments? I would rather take my money and have my mother treated properly because scattered treatments are surely not going to show results and will most definitely not help her remedy her skin.
