ADT withholding my refund

On the 2013-04-12 I paid the FULL deposit of R1636 to ADT for the installation of a home security system in my house. After hearing excuses for 2 weeks as to why they couldn't come and install the unit, I demanded a refund.

It is now the 12 June 2013, almost 2 months from when I requested the refund and after phoning twice a week, every week to find out what is happening no-one is willing to assist or even process the refund. The last I heard was from a Leisel Williams who said that her boss "Mr Koekemoer" needs to sign it and then his boss must sign it and then his boss must sign it and if any of them don't sign it the refund process must start again.

Frankly I don't give a about your internal processes, I want my money back. You cannot withhold my money, it is!
Failing to resolve my issue in 5 days, I will have no problem in opening up a case of against ADT Security along with contacting the national consumer commission.
