Incorrect material delivered, Do not Wnt to fix

HI There

People looking to purchase from this company, please beware, i recently ordered three bedroom cupboards from them,

Firstly the communication from Deon (sales) is very poor, they hardly respond to emails,

i paid upfront and paid for delivery, when the Items got to me there was no details manually for Assembly as i was promised when i placed the order,

also the rails for the clothes they deliverer was short and didn't fit, i reported this to them, its now 2 weeks later and they still did not fix this issue, each time i contact them i am promised delivery the next day but this has not happened yet, i even spoke to the manager - Joyce, she promised to get this resolved and still i hear nothing back,
