Poor service

Hi there

I would just please like to report the very poor service I'm currently receiving from your Randburg branch. It has now been more than 3 weeks since I requested a quote for 4 bedroom cupboards. First it took nearly 2 weeks for someone to come out and measure, and now its been more than a week since I sat with the lady at your Randburg store. I've now phone every day since Monday and everyday she promises me a quote before the COB that day! But alas, till now I've received nothing.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I ordered cupboards directly from your factory showroomin Centurion 2 years ago and the service was excellent.

Please guys it's just 4 cupboards!
