We have spend over R100 000 with Weitzer of the past few years. We recently wanted to add to our bedroom cupboards that they installed for us. Slade and his manager never phone you back. Do not listen to their customer and do not attempt to assist you. We ordered cupboards and paid deposit. In our "14 day cancelled" period we requested if they started with our order and Slade said no. We asked if we can change our order and he agreed. Waited again for Slade and never returning our calls he eventually arrived and gave us a new quote. We did not agree with the amount as we choice a cheaper option. After 2 weeks again and leaving lots of messages for Slade and his manager, (never phoned back). Send and email and then Slade phoned back with the answer we need to come to their offices to discuss. Why should a customer drive (and phone) after a company that is supposed to give you service? We would like to have our deposit back as we did not sign the new quote. We deal with customer every day and are lost for words for a company like Weitz giving poor service like this. We will think twice in the future before contacting them for cupboards.
