What a rude woman you are Louise! I called you to enquire about a party for my son and the prices that you quoted me were totally different to what was stated on your website. When I queried it and told you that the prices were not the same you screamed at me and said "too bad, I haven't updated my website, don't book the party then". Slamming the phone down on someone is so unprofessional Louisa. I called you 6 times after that and you refused to answer my calls.
For a business relying on referrals and your website your Bad Attitude and Arrogance is appalling!
