Bad service

I had my 25th birthday party at Zapata and we were horribly disappointed by the whole experience. The prices that were on the menu did not correlate to the prices on the bill. My food was R15 more than the price on the menu. When we queried this with the manager she said that the prices are subject to change, which was not stated anywhere on the menu, neither was it disclosed by the waitress or the manager. This problem could easily have been resolved however when I confronted the manager on this, her attitude was aggressive and rude, and there was not a hint of apology in her manner or voice. We were a table of 25 people, which if the situation was dealt with correctly, could have resulted in 25 loyal customers. Bad service Zapata!
