DESPICABLE SERVICE

A reservation was made telepohonically for the 7 january 2013 being my sons birhday to go Go Karting with family and friends. When the reservation was made i asked for a formal quotation and was told she was extremely busy and didn't have the time to do one, we should simply arrive and it wouldnt be a problem. On the 7th January when we got there at 11.00 the gates were locked, I then tried to call her several times but there was no answer. Tried calling the number advertised on the place and her husband picked up and said we were at the wrong gate. Drove around only to find out that it indeed was the correct gate. Tried calling Louise again and she finally picked up. She was very unpleasant and totally rude. She refused to open the premises indicating that we were late, which in fact was not true. She started screaming and was very unprofessional. She ruined my child's birthday withy family and friends. There was no sensitivity displayed even after appealing to her to open the premises. Louise being the owner came across with a very rude and insensitive approach.
