Going the Extra Mile

I had extensions done at Salon Trevino but some of them came out after a couple of days. Vinnie did suggest the micro links but I prefer the keratin bonds. I contacted Vinnie and she asked me to come in so she could rebond them and put them back for me. She stayed til late in the shop to help me out. She even replaced some of my hair extensions that thinned out with her own stock free of charge. Just want to thank Vinnie for going the extra mile to ensure that I was fully satisfied before leaving. I truly appreciate the time and efforts put in as well as the friendly service provided.
