Airtime and money missing

I recently noticed airtime being debited off my account. I have not given my consent for this to happen. I am disgusted thatcompanies have the right to do this.
I've been told by Cell C that smartcall technology service and mira networks are taking off around R50 each daily.
This is absolutely unacceptable, this happened to my15 year old son too. I want to be removed from any subscription list and i want my airtime and data replaced.
