The pink stains as mentioned by this customer was not Amega Cleanings Fault.

Hope you are well? Thank you for sending back your team on Thursday to try and remove the pink stains on two of the chairs. Neels managed to remove quite a bit of the pink discolouring that was on the sides & edgings of the two chairs. We spoke about it and he did mention that we will have to wait till it is dry to see what it looks like. Once it was dry one can still notice a a bit of pink on some of the edging but I don't think we should give it another rounds as I can see the material has already taken a bit of strain with the washing. Its light enough to not be noticed straight away so I think we should leave it. I also just wanted to let you know that you can register your company at hellopeter as a company that gives feedback. What this means is that if a customer has a complaint and you are registered with them it allows the customer to go back and resolve the query by giving feedback as to what was done to correct the problem. I am pretty happy to do this if you registered.
